How do I access my courses after purchase?
You’ll receive an email with a secure access link immediately after checkout. Courses live in your account dashboard and are available on desktop and mobile.
What materials do I need to start?
For watercolor: cold-press paper, two sable brushes (#2 and #6), and a blush-to-lavender palette. For lettering: smooth cardstock and a brush pen. For digital: a vector app and a printer for testing.
Are the classes suitable for beginners?
Yes. Our beginner tracks use short videos, guided drills, and printable prompts to build confidence without overwhelm.
Can I gift a course?
Absolutely. Purchase a course and forward the access email to your recipient, or contact us to personalize a message.
Do you offer refunds?
If a course isn’t the right fit, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We’ll work with you to make it right according to our Terms.
Will I get feedback on my cards?
Many courses include peer galleries and optional instructor critiques. Details are listed in each course description.
Do you provide printable templates?
Yes, templates are included with most classes in US Letter and A4 sizes, optimized for home printers.
How long do I keep access?
Courses come with long-term access. If we ever need to sunset a class, we’ll provide a downloadable archive where possible.
